If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and the RMA form.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
